My Smile Again Journey! Navigating Bell's Palsy
Hello friends,
I’m Liz, and this blog is part of my healing journey with Bell’s Palsy. When I was first diagnosed, I didn’t realize how much it would affect my smile, my appearance, and even my daily life. But through prayer, persistence, and care, I’ve been walking the road toward recovery.
I want to share my story here to encourage others who may be going through a similar experience—you are not alone, and recovery is possible!

Awesome God. Faithful God. Mighty God. "Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the LORD delivers him out of them ALL." Ps 34:19...
